Jacqueline Furey (Brisbane, QLD)

“The human heat wave”

Jacqueline grew up 100 miles east of the middle of nowhere in a hot, dusty town where she danced away the boredom at the local church-turned-ballet-school. Soon after her 18th birthday she moved to the big smoke of Brisbane city to pursue a professional dance career, however after discovering the sensual and seductive art of tease, she decided to cast off her small town sensibilities and immerse herself in the racy and risque world of burlesque.

Since she debuted her first act wearing pointe shoes, feather fans and not much else, Jacqueline has been using her formal dance training to create burlesque acts that captivate and stimulate the imaginations of audiences near and far. Jacqueline has even caught the attention of local legend La Viola Vixen who invited her to teach along side some of Brisbane’s best at The Bombshell Burlesque and Beauty Academy.

With her lovely long hair and even longer legs, Miss Furey brings her ballerina like poise and grace, her dizzying high kicks and her red hot heat to every stage.
