ABF does its best to describe merchandise accurately in the online store. If an item is defective during the manufacturing process we will replace it. Items cannot be refunded or replaced due to buyer regret or for items used, worn or washed.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the item along with your proof of purchase, where if deemed appropriate a replacement item will be sent or your order refunded.
With your returned item, please provide your name & shipping address, proof of purchase (order confirmation email) and a brief description of the fault. ABF are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.
